Return Policy
Due to the nature of sealed products in the Trading Card Game (TCG) industry, we are unable to accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or is not as described, we are here to help. Please contact us at [email protected], and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations can be requested prior to shipment. Please note that cancellations are subject to a 3% processing fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing costs associated with the original transaction.
